DELIVERY 

All items to UK are sent via Royal Mail tracked delivery.

Small orders like greeting cards and prints cost £2 and bigger orders like frames and lampshades cost £9.95.

Items bought from overseas are sent via Royal mail international tracked. Cards and prints are £4 and bigger items such as frames and lampshades are £25.

All in stock items are sent within 5 working days of payment. Lampshades and frames are made to order and will be sent out within 14 days of payment. If you need it sooner, please let me know and I'll try my best!

RETURNS

Please note that lampshades and frames are made to order items and are not refundable, if you have any questions about these before ordering, please email and I'll try my best to help. 

You can return other items within 14 days of receipt for a refund. Please not that if you received free delivery, the cost of the postage will be deducted from the total. Once the item has been received, we will message you and the refund will be processed within 7 working days.
